With a six-year career as a professional rugby player for Newcastle Falcons, Bedford Blues, and London Scottish, Bailey has a deep understanding of the competitive landscape of elite sports. He has competed at the highest levels, including the Gallagher Premiership, European Challenge Cup, Premiership Rugby Cup, and RFU Championship.

As a consultant, Bailey has a proven track record of supporting high-growth technology-driven businesses in securing top-tier talent. He specialises in placing C-Suite and Non-Executive individuals into venture backed, scale-up and listed organisations. His expertise extends across all business functions, with a particular focus on go-to-market and digital strategies.
