Gareth Mason

Gareth leads the CFO Practice at W Executive. He has 17 years’ experience in finance and finance executive search. Following a 10-year career as a professional rugby player, Gareth spent 7 years with a corporate finance boutique advising on non-listed M&A before embarking on a career placing senior finance executives.

Over the past 11 years, Gareth has completed 200 searches across a variety of sectors and has made multiple placements in pharmaceuticals, FMCG and professional services.

Gareth is a staunch advocate of better communication during search processes and ensuring both client and candidate experience is as smooth as possible.
