Most recently, as Managing Director at an independent Search firm, he connected top-tier talent with leading organisations across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, and North America.

Jon has expertise in critical sectors such as Banking, Asset & Investment Management, and Professional Services. His approach encompasses strategic talent acquisition, leadership team development, succession strategy, and board advisory services, ensuring organisational success and continuity.

Jon’s earlier career includes leadership roles within a leading, global Search business following the acquisition of his own firm which specialised in executive search for financial institutions amid a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. His innovative methodologies have positioned him as a trusted advisor to clients navigating today's complex financial landscape.
