Oliver Nevel

Oliver is CEO of W Executive and manages our relationship with our holding company, W Group in Milan.

With almost 20 years of experience in mid-management and Executive recruitment, Ollie started his recruitment career in technology and soon moved to leading UK listed and international recruitment companies. For the last 15 years he has played a significant role in the success of commercial brands, healthcare and life science businesses.

Joining W Group in 2023, Ollie was excited by the opportunity to assume the role of CEO and Founder for the UK. He has since overseen the growth of W Executive to become a successful challenger brand as we continue to grow and scale our business internationally.
