Renaud Prodel

Based in London since 2012, Renaud is a skilled search consultant with a wide range of experience across Technology and digital, Financial Services and luxury for the last 25 years.

Renaud has expertise delivering search assignments across UK, Europe and Middle East for international organisations and particularly mid-sized companies where entrepreneurial culture is strong. Renaud has developed a significant expertise in advising Executives and Boards on transformation issues, providing a high-level international recruitment pool.

Before joining W Executive in 2023, Renaud co-founded two search firms and began his career in auditing at Deloitte in Paris. Renaud has a masters degree in economics from the French University of Paris X Nanterre and an Executive Masters degree from Oxford Said Business School and HEC Business School Paris in Change Management.
